Performance Table
LAST UPDATE: Mar 18, 2024
NIGHT MODE
DAY MODE
As Phil Mickelson found out at the 2016 Open Championship, great performances in golf are not always rewarded with wins. This table uses true strokes-gained and expected wins (xWins) as two alternative ways of evaluating player performance. While not perfect, these metrics do a better job of cutting through the randomness inherent to performance in golf.

Notes: Expected wins statistics do not include the WGC Match Play or Zurich Classic team events. Separate expected win models are used for 4-round versus 3-round events; 2-round events are not included. Expected wins for players who WD or are DQ'd after 3 or more rounds are included (AKA the Jon Rahm rule). Wins and strokes-gained numbers include all events listed on the player profile pages.
